You will need:

  • Long life cream (it usually comes in 200 to 250 ml sizes)

  • Chocolate ripple biscuits. (approx. 5 biscuits per person)

Method:

Step 1:
Start breaking the biscuits up into chunks and place them in the bottom of your cooking pot.

Step 2:
Open the cream and pour it over the biscuits so your biscuits all get a little bit of cream. Your biscuits can still poke out from the top. Depending on how many biscuits that you use, you might have some leftover cream. The more cream you use, the more gooey it will be, and the less cream you use, the more cake-like it will be.

Step 3:
Turn your stove on to start cooking the cake. Be weary that the mixture does not stick to the bottom of your pot as it cooks. It will only need about 5 minutes. You'll know it will be done when the cream has mostly absorbed. Simple as that!

It case it is someones birthday while you are out on the trail, take this opportunity to throw a candle on top!
