Nationwide with Australia Post $8.95 standard postage or $11.90 for tracking with signature.

Return Policy
At Set To Hike, we understand that sometimes, due to a variety of reasons, a purchase may not be the right fit for you and your needs. You may request a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. In order to process a refund request, please contact us directly at settohike@outlook.com with your order number and detailed explanation of why you would like to receive a refund. We will review your request. The returned product/s must be unused and in original condition.
We will refund you what you paid for our products after you have sent them back. You are responsible for postage. Please email us at settohike@outlook.com to find out our returns address. If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. All refunds will be processed via the original method of payment used to purchase the item(s). Typically refunds take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.
